Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of O’Reilly Auto Parts, a 5,600-square-foot net-leased property located in Rochester, Minn.
The store sold for $795,000.
Adam “AJ” Prins, Matthew Hazelton and Mike Marzinske, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
