Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the Dayton MSA Portfolio, a 146,000-square-foot self-storage portfolio located in Huber Heights, Germantown, Tipp City and Piqua, Ohio.
Jeffrey Herrmann, associate, and Sean Delaney, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Herrmann and Delaney.
