Marcus & Millichap recently sold a 5,969-square-foot net-leased Bob Evans property in Eaton, Ohio. The asset sold for $738,889.

Chad Lieber, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office, and Dominic Sulo, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Lieber and Sulo. Michael Glass assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Ohio.

Bob Evans is located at 1700 N. Barron St. in Eaton. The property is a pad site to a Walmart Supercenter and has a 15-plus-year operating history. The transaction was with a repeat seller and repeat buyer of the Sulo group.
