Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a Buffalo Wild Wings ground lease, a 7,967-square-foot net-leased property in Columbus, Ohio. The asset sold for $3.431 million.
The buyer, a partnership, was secured and represented by Brennan Clegg, Chris Lind and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices.
Buffalo Wild Wings is located at 3969 Morse Crossing in Columbus.
The restaurant moved into the former Logan’s Roadhouse space in 2020 after a bankruptcy filing caused the shuttering of Logan’s locations nationally.
