Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of The Shoppes at Hartford, a 28,254-square-foot retail property in Hartford, Wis.
The retail center sold for $3.5 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Ladner and Rowlett, too.
The Shoppes at Hartford includes such businesses as Game Stop, Maurice’s, Cash Store, World Finance, Great Clips adn Hibbett Sporting Goods.
