The buyer was procured by Christopher Collins, a multifamily broker out of the firm’s Minneapolis office, along with Doyle, Hazelton, Prins and Villaume.
This co-branded Caribou Coffee|Einstein Bros. Bagels is located at 701 3rd Avenue NE in Bufffalo. The co-branded store format has become the new prototype for the chain since Caribou Coffee (JAB Holding Company) acquired the Einstein Bros. brand in 2014.
Featuring 2016 construction with a drive-thru, this location enjoys visibility from Highway 55 on the “going-to-work” (southbound) side, toward the Twin Cities metro.
