Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Citizens Bank, a 4,069-square-foot retail property in Taylor, Michigan. The asset sold for $1.7 million.
Darin Gross, Ashish Vakhariya and Seth Haron, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, facilitated the transaction by representing the buyer.
Citizens Bank is a single-tenant retail property located in Taylor on Eureka Road. It is positioned across the street from a Meijer. The tenant had recently executed a five-year extension on their absolute net lease containing annual rent increases.
In the past 24 months, Gross, Vakhariya and Haron have sold or have under contract to sell $130 million of retail and medical office investment properties throughout numerous states spanning the Midwest and beyond.
