Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Comfort Inn, a 89-room hospitality property in Festus, Missouri. The asset sold for $3.65 million.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president investments; Michael Klar, an associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Dallas and Austin offices, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and represented the buyer.
Bradley Barham assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Missouri.
Comfort Inn Festus is located at 1303 Veterans Blvd. The three-story, upper midscale hotel was recently renovated.
