Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Comfort Inn & Suites Rockport, a 53-room hospitality property in Rockport, IN. The asset sold for $1.59 million.
Ebrahim Valliani, vice president; Michael Klar, Associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani, Klar, Miller and Gomes. Josh Caruana assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Indiana.
Comfort Inn & Suites Rockport is located at 1355 North Plaza Drive in Rockport, less than two miles from the Rockport Town Center.
