Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Country Inn & Suites Dubuque, a 69-room hospitality property in Dubuque, Iowa.
Jon Ruzicka and Jake M. Erickson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property.
The buyer was also procured by Ruzicka and Erickson. Barry A’Hearn, broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
This marks the 36th hospitality property transaction Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office has closed since 2013.
Country Inn & Suites Dubuque is located at 1315 Associates Drive in Dubuque. The hotel was built in 2000.
