Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of a 10,125-square-foot CVS pharmacy in Greenwood, Ind.
The property sold for $4.75 million.
Nathan Whalen, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Jeremie Johnson, also an investment specialist in the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap, secured and represented the buyer.
