Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a Days Inn in Fargo, North Dakota, a 75-room hospitality property.
Jon Ruzicka, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a REIT, was secured and represented by Ruzicka and Helen Zaver.
Days Inn Fargo is located at 3431 14th Ave. Southwest. It features 75 guestrooms, and was originally built in 1993 as a Hampton Inn & Suites.
