Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 9,026-square-foot net-leased Dollar General property in Osceola, Wisconsin. The asset sold for more than $1.1 million.

Mitch Grant, associate, and Nicholas Kanich, first vice president, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company based in Milwaukee.

Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

The Dollar General property is located at 928 240th St. in Osceola. The 1031-exchange buyer was local to the property and paid all cash for the asset. The buyer garnered a number of offers and went from contract to close in 45 days.
