Marcus & Millichap sold Domino’s, a 1,951-square-foot net-leased property in Batavia, Ohio. The asset sold for $809,850.
Dan Yozwiak, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a reit, was also secured and represented by Yozwiak.
Domino’s is located at 600 W. Main St. in Batavia. The building was a new construction build-to-suit location for Domino’s. There are currently 14 years remaining on an absolute net lease.
