Marcus & Millichap recently sold an 11,180-square foot net-leased Rite Aid property in Toledo, Ohio. The asset sold for $3.906 million.
Mark Lovering and Dan Yozwiak, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a REIT, was also secured and represented by Yozwiak and Lovering.
Rite Aid is located at 1605 Broadway St. in Toledo. The property was sold at above list price.
