Marcus & Millichap sells Dunkin’ Donuts in Des Moines

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 2,168-square-foot net-leased Dunkin’ Donuts at 3611 SE 14th St in Des Moines, Iowa.

The asset sold for $1.165 million according to Grant Fitzgerald, Associate Regional Manager of the firm’s Columbus office.

Zach Turner, Scott Wiles, Craig Fuller and Erin E. Patton, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Ray Germain, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office. Jon Ruzicka, Regional Manager and Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

It was reported that the asset sold for a 6.59 percent CAP rate.
