Ashish Vakhariya, Darin Gross and Seth Haron, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Vakhariya, Gross and Haron.
Family Dollar is located at 190 W. Wright Place in Marquette, Michigan. The property was a build-to-suit for Family Dollar in 1998. The tenant, Family Dollar, recently exercised its five-year option early, showing commitment to the site.
