Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Family Dollar, an 11,040-sqaure-foot net-leased property in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. The asset sold for $1.475 million.
Nicholas Kanich, a First Vice President of Investments in the Net Lease Property Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a fund manager. Michael Glass, Ohio Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Family Dollar is located at 4042 Warrensville Center Road in Warrensville Heights, at a hard corner that sees more than 40,000 vehicles a day.
