Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of the C&S Industrial Portfolio, a 154,200-square-foot five-building industrial portfolio in Indianapolis.
The portfolio sold for $6.6 million.
Joseph DiSalvo and Matthew Deahl, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a bank/financial institution.
DiSalvo and Deahl also secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company.
The C&S Industrial Portfolio is a Class-B/C flex industrial portfolio in the southeast submarket of Indianapolis.
