Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the James & Lake Portfolio. All four buildings are contiguous, making a total of approximately 0.4 acres.

The portfolio sold for $2.4 million. Mox Gunderson, Dan Linnell, Abe Roberts and Josh Talberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

James & Lake Portfolio is located at 3000-3010 James Avenue South and 1711 West Lake Street in Minneapolis. Located in the heart of Uptown, the portfolio is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, recreational and entertainment venues. It is situated just two blocks from Lake Calhoun, which has earned its fame as the second most visited place in the state of Minnesota.

Built in the early 1900s, all the buildings boast original woodwork and hardwood floors.
