Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Goodwill, a 20,000-square-foot net-leased property in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The asset sold for more than $3.4 million.
Seth Haron, Ashish Vakhariya and Darin Gross, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a regional developer.
The buyer, a private family office, was also secured and represented by Vakhariya and Haron.
Goodwill is located at 4447 E. Bluegrass Road in Mt. Pleasant. The property was a build-to-suit for Goodwill in 2015.
