The Klink Group of Marcus & Millichap helped close the sale of a retail portfolio near Indianapolis. A private investor in Georiga paid $4.2 million for the Merchants Pointe Retail Portfolio in Carmel, Indiana.
The portfolio consists of two buildings, a freestanding, single-tenant Mexican restaurant at 2293 E. 116th St. and a four-tenant retail strip center at 2271 Pointe Parkway, both of which are located directly across from Merchants Square, a 325,000-square-foot shopping destination with national and regional retailers.
First vice president of investments Jordan Klink and associate Benjamin Sullivan of Marcus & Millichap had the exlusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor in Indiana. The buyer, a limited liability company in Georgia, was sourced by the listing team.
