Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services completed the sale of Kmart Plaza, a 131,033-square-foot retail property in Lapeer, Mich.
The retail center sold for more than $4.9 million.
Rick O’Connor, a retail investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a New York Real Estate Investment Firm. The buyer, Charlie Laurencelle of Laurencelle Properties, a Michigan private investor, was also secured and represented by O’Connor.
