Marcus & Millichap recently helped close the sale of Fresenius Medical care Dialysis Clinic, a 7,990-square-foot net-leased property in Minneapolis.
The clinic sold for $1.35 million.
Gino Lollio and Scott Nidergang, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Brian Munn and James “Chris” Rea, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office. Dan Linnell, broker out of Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, assisted in closing this transaction.
