Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the Clarkston Medical Center, an 8,000-square-foot medical office building in Clarkston, Michigan. The property sold for $2.075 million.
Ashish Vakhariya and Seth Haron, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured and represented by Haron and Vakhariya.
Clarkston Medical Center is 100 percent occupied by Clarkston Medical Group.
In the past 24 months, Vakhariya and Haron have either sold, or put under agreement, $160 Million of retail and office investment properties throughout numerous states spanning the Midwest and beyond.
