Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 7,700-square-foot, mixed-use property located at 2831 N. Clark Street in the prime Lakeview East neighborhood, 250 feet from the intersection of Clark and Diversey, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,420,000.
The buyer was procured and represented by Brewster Hague, a senior associate, Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president investments, and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
