Marcus & Millichap sells mixed-use retail building in Evanston

1642 Maple Ave.Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold Church Street Station, a 16,871-square-foot mixed-use retail property located in Evanston. The asset commanded a sales price of $3.7 million.

Adrian Mendoza, Dominic Sulo, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.  The buyer, a private investor, in a 1031 from an apartment sale, was secured and represented by Brian Parmacek, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office.

Church Street Station, located at 1642 Maple Ave., sold in less than 90 days close to its list price. Church Street Station is currently 100 percent occupied by five tenants who are primarily on triple-net leases. Church Street Station is anchored by BMO Harris Bank.
