Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of Fountain Square Village, a 12,085 square-foot retail property located in Orland Park. The asset sold for $1.85 million.
Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was in a 1031 trade and was secured and represented by Ryan Engle, a multifamily specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
Fountain Square Village at 11013-11045 179th St. in Orland Park, sold at 95 percent of its original list price. Fountain Square Village is one of the newest retail centers of the submarket.
