Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of a National Tire and Battery in Beloit, Wis. The property covered 6,360 square feet.
The store sold for more than $1.3 million.
Marcus & Millichap’s net lease group led by Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.
