Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of National Tire & Battery, a 5,870-square-foot net-leased property in Dayton, Ohio.
The property sold for $2.18 million.
Barry Wolfe, first vice president of investments, and Alan Lipsky, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust.
The buyer was a limited liability company based in Lexington, Kentucky.
National Tire & Battery is located at 2892 Miamisburg Centerville next to the Dayton Mall, the largest super-regional mall in the metropolitan area. It has about four years left on its triple-net lease.
