Marcus & Millichap sold an Arby’s 2,890-square-foot net-leased property in Cincinnati. The asset sold for list price, $1.238 million.
C.J. Jackson, Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private Ohio-based REIT.
The buyer, an out of state 1031 investor, was also secured and represented by Jackson, Patton, Wiles and Fuller.
Arby’s is located at 5013 Delhi Rd in Cincinnati. There were about 17 years remaining on the lease guaranteed by a regional franchisee.
