Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 2,450-square-foot net-leased Domino’s property in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The asset sold for more than $1.38 million to an all-cash buyer from Virginia.
The seller, a West Michigan-based development company, was represented by Senior Managing Director John P. Nuzman, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office.
Domino’s is located at 6539 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids. The free-standing building underwent a major remodel before opening in November.
