Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Sherwin Williams, a 5,000-square-foot net-leased property in Columbus, Ohio. The asset sold for $1.8 million.

C.J. Jackson, Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, a private out-of-state investor who was in a 1031 exchange, was secured and represented by Daniel Price, Glen Kunofsky and Josh Kanter, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office.

Sherwin Williams is located at 1241 N. Hamilton Road in Columbus. There were about 9-and-a-half years remaining on the lease, and the property ultimately sold for over list price.
