Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Warwick Business Court, a five-building 24,600-square-foot office park in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
The property sold for $2.7 million, or $110 a square foot.
Alex Sacks, Brett Rodgers and Frank Roti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, represented the seller and found the buyer, an investor based in Canada. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Wisconsin.
The property is located at 1151 Warwick Way in Mount Pleasant. The office park is anchored by three tenants with national credit, Concentra Urgent Care, DaVita Dialysis and Aurora Health Care.
