Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of an O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Mankato, Minn.
This particular O’Reilly store is an 8,343-square-foot net-leased property. The store sold for $700,000.
Jeremie Johnson and Ryan Sarbinoff, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by John Susank and Alex Mobin, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office. Adam Schlosser, broker of Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, also assisted in the transaction.
