An affiliate of Next Realty, LLC has acquired a fully-leased, 60,000-square-foot two-tenant building at 1735 Galleria Boulevard within the Cool Springs Crossing shopping center in Franklin, Tennessee.
Franklin is the county seat of Williamson County, 15 miles south of Nashville.
The building is leased to hhgregg, a national electronics and home appliance retailer that occupies 29,596 square feet, about 49 percent of the property, and JumpStreet, an indoor trampoline park and activity center that occupies 34,404 square feet of space.
Next’s acquisition is part of Cool Springs Crossing, a 350,000-square-foot shopping center that also includes a recently remodeled Target and small shop space.
The building acquired by Next Realty was built in 1992, and was originally occupied by Service Merchandise. In 2000 the building was converted into two spaces and leased to hhgregg and Wild Oats Markets, a natural grocery store operator that later was acquired by Whole Foods. Whole Foods vacated the property in 2011 to move to a larger location. JumpStreet opened in the space last Spring.
