Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of The Pinehurst Building, a 42,104-square-foot mixed-use property at 50th and France in Minneapolis.
The asset sold for $18 million.
Matthew Hazelton, Cory Villaume, Sean Doyle and Adam “AJ” Prins, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Doyle, Villaume, Hazelton, Prins, Josh Talberg, Mox Gunderson and Dan Linnell, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
