Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 2,750-square-foot Pizza Hut in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. The restaurant sold for $800,000.
Brian Parmacek, a first vice president of investments, and Jake Parmacek, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, secured and represented the buyer. Todd Lindblom assisted in the transaction as the broker of record in Wisconsin.
The Pizza Hut is located at 175 Main Ave. in Kaukauna just south of Green Bay. It was built in 1964.
