The restaurant sold for $739,000.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus’ Milwaukee office, assisted the seller, a regional restaurant owner based out of Wisconsin. The buyer, a private investor from Wisconsin, was also secured by Rowlett and Ladner.
