Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of PNC Bank, a 21,270-square-foot ground lease located in Bensenville. The asset commanded a sales price of $2.2 million.
Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, net-leased investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a limited liability company was also secured by Sharko and Weisenbeck.
PNC Bank is located on the northeast corner of Grand Avenue and York Road. The subject property is positioned in a strong retail area on an outparcel to a Dominick’s grocery anchored shopping center.
