Jake Erickson, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also found by Erickson. Barry A’Hearn, a broker with Marcus & Millichap, assisted in this deal.
Quality Inn & Suites is located at 410 5th St. SW in Mason City. This marks the 39th hospitality transaction Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office has closed since 2013.
