Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a Raising Cane’s ground lease, a 3,320-square-foot net-leased property in Mishawaka, Indiana. The asset sold for more than $2.5 million.

Chris Lind, Mark Ruble, Zack House and Brennan Clegg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Josh Caruana, regional manager and broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Raising Cane’s Ground Lease is located at 5212 N. Main St. in Mishawaka.  The newly constructed fast-food property opened for business on Dec. 8 of last year. This was the first Raising Cane’s to open in the Indiana market and is joined by a new Mission BBQ restaurant next door.
