Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Hooters, a 5,051-sqare-foot net-leased property in Hermitage, Tennessee. The asset sold for $2.125 million.
Dominic Sulo, senior vice president, and Brett Winger, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Winger and Sulo of The Sulo Group at Marcus & Millichap. Jody McKibben assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Tennessee.
Hooters is located at 4119 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage in the Nashville metropolitan statistical area.
