Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Shopko Hometown, a 36,187-square-foot net-leased property retail property in Tomahawk, Wis.
The retail center sold for more than $3.9 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by David Thurston and Brandon Hanna, also investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap.
