Marcus & Millichap sold a 7,305-square-foot retail property in Elkhart, Indiana. The property sold for $3.62 million or $496 a square foot.
The buyer was secured and represented by Joseph Sigal, a senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Oak Brook office. Josh Caruana assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Indiana. The propert, at County Road 6 and Cassopolis Street, is 100 percent leased to MOD Pizza and McAlister’s Deli.
