Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Kansas, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of a 4,743-square-foot retail property containing Starbucks and T-Mobile in Liberal, Kansas. The asset sold for $2.3 million.
The buyer, a private 1031 investor, was secured and represented by Alex Van Krevel, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices. The project was financed by James Litzler of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in the Columbus office.
