Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Space Savers Self Storage, a 44,000-square-foot self-storage facility in Romeoville, Illinois. The asset sold for $4.4 million.
Sean M. Delaney and Michael A. Mele, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Delaney and Mele.
Space Savers Self Storage is located at 645 South Weber Road in Romeoville, and was built in 2005.
