Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of EZ Storage, a 65,810-square-foot self-storage facility in Eastpointe, Michigan.
Brett Hatcher, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company, was secured and represented by Hatcher, too. Steven Chaben, a Michigan broker with Marcus & Millichap, assisted in closing this transaction.
EZ Storage is located at 21500 Gratiot Ave. in Eastpointe.
