Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Eldon Self Storage, a self-storage property located in Eldon, Missouri. The asset sold for $1.5 million.
Sean Delaney, senior managing director investments, and Robert Cook, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Missouri-based limited liability company.
The buyer, a Missouri-based limited liability company, was secured and represented by Cook and Delaney. David Saverin, Missouri Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Eldon Self Storage is located at 1200 E. North St. in Eldon, an area with only 6.2 square feet per-capita of storage in a 3-mile radius. At the time of closing, this property had a high physical capacity. This deal includes a long-term warehouse lease with new three-year extension. The building features all steel structures, security cameras, and lighting throughout.
