Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold A-1 Sandy Hollow U-Store, a 25,560-square-foot self-storage facility property located in Rockford. The asset commanded a sales price of $648,000.
Sean Delaney, an associate vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office and director in the firm’s National Self Storage Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, Red Dot Storage I LLC, was also procured by Delaney.
The property is located at 5750 Sandy Hollow Road and will be re-branded as Red Dot Storage. Situated on 2.30 acres, the facility consists of five buildings that total 25,560 net rentable square feet with 169 units ranging in size from 50 square feet to 420 square feet.
